If resilience in the AI era is about adapting faster than the threat, then we need to rethink the foundation it’s built on – our workforce. Because resilience today isn’t just about technology or visibility, it’s about how we design teams, define roles, and enable humans and AI to operate as one. And that requires a shift – from traditional structures to something far more dynamic, integrated, and future-ready.
Participants will explore how human expertise and artificial intelligence can work together to strengthen resilience, rather than viewing AI as a replacement for human judgement. The session will also focus on what the cyber workforce of tomorrow needs to look like—highlighting the evolving roles, critical skills, and capabilities organisations must build to succeed in an AI-driven world. It will demonstrate how AI can support faster operational decision-making, enhance threat detection and response, and enable teams to combine human insight with machine scale to drive more informed, strategic outcomes.
By the end of the session, attendees will have a clearer understanding of how to integrate human expertise, what does the AI-driven workforce of tomorrow look like, where are skills gaps and how to plug them and what your Target Operating Model should be.
