Covid-19 Advisory

Integrity360 is continuing to monitor the coronavirus disease (Covid-19) closely and we would like to inform our clients of our awareness of the risk and also outline our response in line with our continuity of services.

As the UK and Irish governments continue to introduce lockdowns, we want to remind our clients that we remain fully operational during these restrictions.

Business Continuity

As a business, we operate an agile workforce, and in line with our continuity of serviceshave successfully put measures in place to continue to support our clients while operating remotely during this pandemic.

We have a number of IT systems and services in place to ensure connectivity, escalation and staff access and we are confident through testing that there will be no changes to service. During this time, we continue to be contactable through our normal channels, email and telephone escalation.

We will continue to monitor the situation and adapt our working practices in line with government guidelines, both for the safety and security of our team and of our clients. We will advise our staff and clients if circumstances should change that would directly affect our operations or services provided, in line with our own risk assessment.

Your security in mind

We'd like to take this opportunity to remind our clients to continue to follow your organisation’s existing security guidelines, especially for remote working and be extra vigilant about malicious Covid-19 related phishing attacks.

  • Remote access & VPN Configuration
  • Malware & phishing campaign
  • DDoS attacks
  • User Awareness training
  • Incident Response

Our specialist team are happy to offer guidance and advice on any of the areas above. We invite you to get in touch if you require assistance of any kind in keeping your business secure. Please email your account team or contact our support team directly and we would be happy to discuss.
